The official trailer for Deadbeat - full-on artistic madness from drummer/artist/photographer Shelton Woolright.
I was hugely blessed to work with Shelton to answer the question he was being asked every day - "what is Deadbeat?". This was our answer.
Well over a million views on Facebook, a 30 date US tour booked on the back of the strength of his performance in this video.

Tri-Life are a charity dedicated to raising funds for Cancer research UK.
After the loss of his Step-Father to a swift and ultimately fatal battle with Cancer, Jamie Mills decided that he wanted to do ‘something’ to try and convert the negative energy that every loss leaves behind, into something positive. It started off as a decision to run the London Marathon in order to raise money for Cancer Research UK and St Wilfrid’s Hospice in Chichester, Sussex. Wanting to do more, the London to Paris bike ride became the second event entered into the diary for 2013. To complete the fundraising treble the decision was made to summit the highest free standing mountain in the world, Kilimanjaro.
Confirming his belief that people inherently want to do good and after a number of conversations it came to light that a number of friends and colleagues were keen to take part in one, two or all three of the fundraising challenges taking part in 2013. From small acorns grow large oak trees; from one man's desire to do good has grown Tri-Life. The ultimate fundraising Triathlon taking place in 2013.
The cure for Cancer would undoubtedly be one of the greatest human achievements the world has ever seen. As individuals achieving such a cure seems insurmountable, if we all adopt that way of thinking, then it probably is. Tri-Life is a collection of people who believe that we can, collaboratively with the great work from the likes of Cancer Research UK, ‘Speed The Cure’.
Working on this project was an absolute blast. I was approached with a reasonably broad brief, with a story proposed by the brilliant marketing team at Madame Tussauds. They gave me full creative freedom, and after creating the treatment, I set about shooting a mini horror short film, with smaller cut downs being created for social.

Someone Else' is a project I was passionate about before I had ever met the songwriter Jayson Norris. The way we view elderly people is reductive. We see them as slow, passionless people, a burden. A necessity. Hearing his soulful song, 'Someone Else', I knew the story that had to accompany this brilliant Kiwi Artist's song. More than just a Memento mori, this reflective tale questions love, loss and above all life, in all its facets.
With this film, I wanted to raise a simple question - Is the pain of loss, worth the joy of marriage? In the context of that question, sits the crux of this video - this man was once a whole person. Not our idea of an elderly gentleman, someone to nod at walking to the bus stop, someone to watch carefully as they navigate the stairs. But someone who is alive. Someone who is angry, ecstatic, sad, passionate, joyous, mean. Someone who inhabits the full spectrum of emotion, not just a boiled sweet dispenser. Someone who has chosen not to keep it all to themselves, someone who has chosen to open themselves up, and feel the pain that can bring.
Jayson Norris is a singer/songwriter originally from New Zealand, living in London. He combines his love of singer-songwriters, indigenous music and all things rock, together with tones, harmonies and melodies that naturally come from his cultural and musical heritage of New Zealand. Creating his distinct sound of acoustic, roots-rock.
